- Orders shipped via standard shipping in the U.S. will arrive within three to five business days once your order has shipped.
- Orders shipped via expedited shipping will arrive within one to three business days once your order has shipped.
- We are sorry but we currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

SPECIAL ORDERS
- Items we don't carry in stock, we can special order for you.
- Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for shipping.
- We can give you an estimated shipping date.
DAMAGES
- Your order is inspected before it ships to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition.
- If Freight, Fedex, USPS or UPS damages a package in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. info@enchantedfarmhouse.com
- Upon receipt of item, we will replace it, provided that same item is still available. If not, you will receive a refund.
RETURNS
- You must send us an email within 14 days of receipt of your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number. info@enchantedfarmhouse.com
- The item must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging and insured for the purchase price. USPS Priority, UPS and Fedex include $50 - $100 insurance.
- Shipping and any additional insurance paid are not refundable.
